Training Trouble

We are having trouble in the potty training department here in Doogleland. So I bought this handy dandy little playpen that will hopefully do the trick! Let's keep our fingers crossed!

No worries. . .there is a method to this apparent madness!

Oh yes. . . and the pups got a pretty fatty haircut the other day. . . cute huh?

Maybe that is what I should do with Jack. :) We are trying to potty train him right now. I think I have said this before but he is so cute. Love the hair cut.

I hate potty training anything... I am no good at it. Maybe you can use some of the tricks we use with 2 and three year olds when trying to train them... make it fun; have him try to pee through a cheerio... have treats, like M&M's available for when he is successful. It is especially hard when you have to work. Do you have a doggie door. That is really helpful- get a small one so no one can sneak it through it while you are gone and make sure you lock it up at night. Good luck. They love taking walks to learn to go. It is good for both of you. Just don't get a choke collar... get one of those that goes around his chest then you can manage the walk better and get a retractable leash- those are great. Love, Aunt Gail...
